“I emailed Sorrymate to discuss a case that is being run by my accident management company and a preferred law firm on behalf of my insurer after being involved in an incident. He offered supportive and helpful insight on valuing my motorcycle which is rare and valuable to me despite it's age. He also made a courtesy call and helped clarify the concept of betterment to me.
