   Bruce Hatton the director of the firm has an unacceptable behavior. After mentioning him that his firm was negligent with the solicitor Sian Lovage and providing clear evidence he became intimidating, denied any responsibilities instead of trying to fix the problem. He seem careless and that he doesn’t care I start a civil litigation against his firm rather than apologizing and fixing the problem when I gave him the opportunity to do so. Don’t trust them they are unreliable , never get back to you and lie about their wrongdoing. They might make tou le case longer or never finish it. The owner Bruce Hatton is now under investigation as he used to mention on his website that he is a district judge but I could not find any evidence of this. I WILL UPDATE THE REVIEW VERY SOON to tell you if he lied about his status.

   These are the worse solicitors I have ever met. They represented me for just over two years costing me thousands for a divorce with no children or assets involved. They dropped doing family law which left me high and dry. My new solicitors got my divorce sorted within a few months with minimal costs. Do not use these solicitors is my best advice

   I took a while to find a suitable solicitor. When I found hattons and Mr Choudhuri I thought I was sorted. Unfortunately after he retired the service I received was appalling. My new solicitor kept forgetting my situation the fact that I had been abused in my relationship. At one point saying, ' you have to go through mediation. It's not like you have a non molestation order in place'. Which I did! I even complained at the start of the year and never got an apology. Instead came on the bounce that they were waiting for a response from me. Again that was not the case. So over 8 months in and money paid out but am still not divorced or sorted in anyway. Their response time is dreadful. And email responses have been as simple as ok. £20 a time!

   Thort my first visit was 15 mins free to ask about my troubles was in there less than 10mins... got a bill 2years later for £670 they recon they put me on a retainer ( without my knowledge). I went down twice to reception to ask what is was about twice i was told somebody will contact me. They never did but a county court letter dropped at my door. Youve bin warned!!

   I recently had the assistance of Hattons Solicitors to represent myself in an Employment Dispute. It was a difficult time for me personally, as there were other thing going on in my life at that time. The Company with whom I had the dispute with were difficult to deal with also. I had absolute support from Employment Law Solicitor Paul Quinn throughout this time. Without this I probably would have folded under the pressure. He dealt with everything, most of which I did not understand. Nothing was too much trouble. He followed my wishes and advised me throughout the whole ordeal. Ultimately an Employment Tribunal was avoided and I was awarded a substantial settlement out of court. I would recommend Paul Quinn and Hattons to anyone needing to deal with ANY legal problem they may have. Well done and many thanks to all involved in helping me. Lynne Moorhouse
