   Just let down after let down from day one and still not sorted out after a long two years was put into a mark flynn he is and has to be the worst experience I have had in legal matters within my life the name smooth law is far from its name in my experience please read up solicitor Just check there name it’s easy to do looked up mark flynn I wasn’t surprised to be honest before instructing the company I just trusted the insurance company’s choice of law firm was to late for me as it was timed out for video evidence but had to accept 50/50 If you are using this company Please keep a journal on all calls and keep emails as it’s important as you may need it later on I kept all recorded calls which is helpful the receptionist said I was swearing which in fact was not true I did say it’s a good job they are in Liverpool otherwise I would come into the office but that was a threat mmmm suppose it’s not a frustration of let down after let down and not so smooth experience with the director with hons Look I may be a uneducated man but I am not a div sorry for telling you the truth about your director he is just unreliable and is full of lip service never in the office fails to communicate at all the man would get you a life sentence on a parking ticket to be fair look forward to my day in court will let you know the outcome you have not settled the account as I am still waiting on payment suppose this will be another year or two
