Phil is an excellent dog walker. He is very kind and caring, brings his own towels to dry your dogs off after a walk, and is very trustworthy. He gives each dog just what it needs in terms of exercise and love, and is very knowledgeable about dogs and dog training and so brings an extra dimension to the walks, enriching the experience for the dogs and avoiding any stressors.
