    Joanne at the grooming room has clipped Wilf our lhasa apso for a number of years and we were always delighted with how he looked. But what I want people to know was how amazingly gentle and kind she was with him when he became old , he was blind and deaf which made him scared and anxious and very very difficult to bath , dry and cut. A lot of groomers would have refused to clip him but Joanne was amazing she never made me feel that it was a problem but I know it was .     Just had our cockapoo Jenson in for his first ever groom, I was put at ease straight away from speaking on the phone I knew he would be well looked after. He went in a fluffy puppy and came out a big boy dog, he is very nervous with new people but when I collected him he was very happy and seemed to have enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended.
