   The facility is fine and staff are generally friendly. The car parking situation is dire. There aren't enough bays and the surrounding roads are marked in double yellow lines, resulting in many people receiving fines.

   Missing some equipment and you have to wait for some machines and benches (need more benches). Lots of cardio machines. Lovely staff. Can get my workout in. Can’t complain much for the price I’m paying. Great spot.

   Their staff is good and very helping but the cancellation policy is the worst I have ever seen. So I paid on 1st of this month and I want to cancel my membership because of my job but I have to pay next month as well and it will be cancelled on the 31 sep…. I have job issue that’s why I want to cancel it but here we have this issue that they don’t care about the issues we have. Very irritating policy but will make sure to spread this among other fellows not to join it’s just a rip off.

   The gym staff are helpful, however when using the gym in the evening, where are the staff. Some gym users have no respect for people wanting to use the equipment after them leave equipment dripping in their sweat, and as I said before there is NO staff to report this to, to get the equipment cleaned. Today the bathroom on the floor with the gym, there’s no tissue, no soap and the hand dryer doesn’t work!!!!

   I always swim in this pool. The staff is polite and the environment is nice. In addition, the water quality of the pool is very good. However, it would be better if more air freshener was used in the locker room area.

   The place is disgusting with people spitting on the floor in the steam room and and exfoliating in the sauna. Someone was attacked recently and nothing gets done about it. I have emailed cancellations 3 times and haven't had a response which seems to be a common theme looking at the other reviews. Avoid this place .

   I was a member at Erdington Leisure Centre. I witnessed acts of violence towards staff and members. I also witnessed someone recording women underneath the cubicle doors. A gentleman was viciously attacked in the sauna and steam room. Due to the above I notified them I would be leaving the gym and gave them a month's notice at reception, I was advised this would be acceptable. I was later notified that because I cancelled my direct debit I had been directed to a debt recovery company instantly with no attempt to contact me Prior

   Sauna/ steam room over capacity, so why the nees to pre-book. Bin overflowing, plaster on the floor in shower room. If sessions are by the hour a cleaner/ staff should clean in between sessions. Never returning disgusting facilities.

   We’ve only been for the swimming so can only comment on that part of the leisure centre. We’ve had lessons here for our toddler and they thoroughly enjoyed it. We like that they have a walk in pool and it’s separate to the main pool area. The instructors were very friendly. The main pool has plenty of life guards. It’s good peace of mind when taking your kids. We’ve never had any issues with the showers and changing rooms. Lockers are available and plenty of them as well as hair dryers too.
