This place is better than the fitness 1st go to when I Iived in London. It's super clean (unlike that branch of fitness first had an infestation of flies), excellent facilities and very friendly staff. There is a large variety of exercise equipment that will cater to a range of needs. From standard weights to high-tech equipment. There's honestly something for everyone. The people are friendly and there are no influencer idiots and it's right next door a 18 hole golf course. Fantastic

Every time I go to lane swimming there's always groups of women not swimming just chatting. Blocking the entire wall so there's no where to turn. Lane swimming with no turn point is not a full length. It's really frustrating and the life guards never move them to the area of the pool where people aren't trying to swim lengths. Swimming lanes should only be for people who are swimming. The changing rooms are grim and often smell strongly of urine. The floors are filthy. The showers might as well not be there and are always too hot or cold. The pool itself isn't too bad, it's just ruined by the unaddressed behaviour of others.

Reasonable pool with flume and baby pool. However, the showers don't work (cold and no pressure, and have been like this for months, so this is a deliberate choice by the managers). Who provides a swimming pool without functional showers? There are no private showers either. The changing rooms are filthy and cramped and the toilets are grim. I used to be a regular, went again to see if it's been improved but unfortunately not.

Cocks Moors Woods Roller Disco Fantastic facilities and so children/family friendly. The indoor skating is indoors (badminton courts), pass the gym and cafe. Staff are approachable and friendly. Amble free parking outside. Sunday session, the skate session starts at 3:45pm till 5:15pm and cash only. The staff are always available to give advice and help. The session has a great party atmosphere( lights are turn off and disco lights switched on) Skaters will skate in both directions (anti clockwise- clockwise every 10mins) Music ranges from pop chart to rock music. Ages for skaters start from 5yrs old and plenty of skates (quads and inlines ) to hire. Β£6:00p entry and Β£1:00p to hire skates if needed

The older over weight lady with blonde hair on reception is so rude! I literally wonβt go back there because sheβs so vile! All the other staff are okay but she really shouldnβt be working there! Classes always cancelled, the place stinks of urine. The first person you see is that over weight old blonde jobs worth! Please if you are thinking of going there, donβt! However the manager (I think heβs the manager) nick I think his name is, is always friendly but the rest letβs the place down

The gym is really well equipped. I engaged the personal trainer to devise a programme of exercises for me for pre knee replacement surgery. It.made a difference. She is really good. There are lots classes om going... Yoga, zumba etc. The pool is more of a leisure thsn sports pool. The place is nice and clean. Staff are very welcoming. You wouldn't have got me in sports centre some years ago but, I love it.

Trying to cancel my son membership. I call the office and emailed them, just a rude unprofessional woman on the telephone sadly who states she the manager. My son does not attend, as very poor experience over many weeks and we now go to a professional place which is more monies sadly but you get what you pay for in life. Cheap but poor. Was told the manager would call back never did, still taking monies from my bank account and I am a key worker. My son very happy at his new place and the new place stated they should be shamed of themselves and I should put in a complaint I have tried this nothing sadly. Glad we are out of it to be honest. Taking monies for nothing that's there game folks, nice work if you can get it. Should have no star.

Went this weekend with our three young kids. The pool and surrounding area stank of urine. The floors were not clean and the place had a very tired feel to it. The kids loved the slide but the queue always took about 15 minutes (could have been much quicker if there was a light system rather than relying on staff who were slow to allow the next person up the stairs) - a long time when the sessions are only 1 hour. Felt like a rip off and will be checking out Northfield leisure centre next time.

The gym facilities are good but unfortunately I had to cancel my membership as the pool is not fit for purpose. Itβs a childrens pool. Adults can only swim short widths at the end of the pool and adult swimming times are mostly during the work day. If you donβt go in adult swimming times itβs impossible to swim because thereβs loads of children even in the small deep bit and the wave pool comes on!
