Fabulous service and great care taken with each dog. My cocker spaniel is a rescue dog so she is very nervous. Ged does a windy job on her natural coat and she still likes him at the end of her session. Recommend highly.
I have used lots of different dog groomers over the years, all over Leeds trying to find the right one,I have had 2 Lhasapso's that didn't like getting groomed,but Charlotte isn't just very good at what she does,she's kind,caring and clearly loves dogs. I have recommended her to lots of people over the years.
Took my very anxious shar pei today. Charlotte was a star she was calm and kind and arnie was happy to go with her. When we collected him he was calm (no barking) until he saw us. I would highly recommend Charlotte to anybody that has an anxious dog 5stars all the way.
Really pleased with full grooming Charlotte gave my dog. First time here and done an excellent job at a fraction of price I used to pay! My dog much happier too. Thank you Charlotte we will be booking again.
