I was very impressed how at ease my puppy was with it being his first full groom. The groomer was reassuring and patient and was very informative. As a first dog owner she talked me through the process of what she was going to do which also put me at ease. I would highly recommend wags and will continue to visit her for further grooming.
Natalie worked wonders with my labradoodle. He was all knotty. She was patient with him and he came put looking like a teddy bear. Thanks Natalie.. see you in 6 weeks x
