   Pool wasn't open to the public no timetable to inform customers of times also no staff available to speak to tried calling constantly goes to voice mail after trying a dozen times decided to leavexa message been 2 weeks and still no returned call does looks like a nice pool but really negative experience

   Cleanest pool I have seen in the west midlands, the changing rooms are dated but I am informed this is a work In progress. Staff are great and the lessons they teach are spot on. Great prices and welcoming feel This is now community run due to bham city Council no longer running it Great work guys

   Dirty, unwelcoming, often cold water. Shocking that in 21st century with all technology and advances we still send kids to swim in such pools. Love how it looks with wooden beams but it's outdated. Chanching rooms and shower shocking. On the other hand the area above is lovely for group work, exercise and community events.

   There pool has two shallow ends and a deep end in the middle. It's reasonably clean. Swimming lessons are poor quality.Especially the some of the private lessons.

   Took the grand kids to their swimming lessons. The premises is old and dated, however clean and useable. The swimming instructors and lessons however were excellent. The instructors were superb an gave the kids instructions and also made the lessons totally enjoyable.

   The staff are so helpful and patient. I have Arthritis which slows me down. The lifeguards are so helpful and kind some thing I appreciate. The water is warm something which is a big part of me going swimming. Cold water and my arthritis dont agree

   I love this little place. Love the pool. Not too crowded. Decent priced. Adult swim between 12-1, perfect for me. Lane swimming as I am a very slow swimmer.

   Finally we can get to our swimming lessons! Had to buy swim hats, enter and leave through different doors, had temperature taken (a non touch device held in front of forehead for 1-2 seconds) and had to get dressed poolside and go home for shower but aside from all that it was great. Never seen a pool with two shallow ends before, middle is 1.7m and it is clean, large, airy and well looked after.
