   When I found I needed to sell my brother’s house I immediately contacted Michele Spiden to ask her to act for me. Michele had acted for me when I needed to sell my father’s house a few years back and help my brother buy a place. That was a complicated and drawn out transaction with a chain that constantly looked in danger of falling apart. Michele kept the legal side of it moving along on both sides and provided good advice. This more recent sale was relatively straightforward although we had poor communication from the buyer’s solicitor. Michele kept the pressure on in a polite but firm way and kept me fully informed at every step. This was particularly important as I don’t live locally to the property we were selling. Michele is a very safe pair of hands and I would certainly recommend her.
