Reflecting back on 2019, when I purchased my house, it was their lawyers who provided me with efficient, quick, and accurate service, making the entire buying process very smooth. I truly appreciated their professionalism and effort at that time. Now, this law firm has once again been my reliable partner in selling my Liverpool house at the end of 2023. Although I encountered some setbacks during this process—such as the first buyer delaying and the second buyer cancelling the transaction due to plumbing issues—I received immense support from lawyer Caroline. Her professional advice and friendly demeanor made me feel reassured during these challenging times. Ultimately, in September 2025, we successfully found a buyer and completed the transaction within 13 weeks. Throughout this process, the law firm's efficient work and continuous communication allowed the entire transaction to proceed smoothly, with Caroline's assistance being particularly crucial.    I had a very pleasant experience whilst purchasing my first house. My conveyancer, Caroline, kept me abreast of everything and by comparison to the experiences my friends have had with their conveyancers in various other places, she was quite thorough. Would highly recommend. Would have been 5 stars if it took less time. But I suppose that to be part of the trade-off between good service and quick service.

   My partner and I used GAD legal for conveyancing on two properties over the last year and it was quite a rollercoaster. But throughout the process our solicitor (Lucy Wilde) was simply outstanding; she was professional, informative, friendly, patient and very knowledgeable.
