   We are extremely happy with the service we received from Oliver & Co. The entire team - Lisa, Jack and Danielle, were amazing, but Danielle truly went above and beyond to help us. The app was easy enough to navigate, but as first-time buyers, we didn’t understand a lot of the process at first. Thankfully, the team’s communication and support were excellent throughout. We also had to deal with a particularly difficult and unpleasant estate agent, and Danielle and the team alleviated so much stress by taking charge of the communication and following up promptly. They made the whole process much smoother and easier for us. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated their patience and efficiency; they worked quickly to complete paperwork, chased up documents, and ensured everything stayed on track for a timely completion. While delays from the seller’s side were sometimes unavoidable, Oliver & Co handled everything professionally, efficiently and with genuine care. Having a good, reliable solicitor makes all the difference - especially after hearing so many horror stories about poor services from others.
