   Sophie Prescott and Shannon Ashley provided an excellent service from start to finish. Sophie, who drew up our Wills and POAs, listened very carefully and clarified anything we were unsure about. Her manner was lovely and we felt at ease from the first conversation. We have had Wills done before but they have never been explained as well. Sophie is very knowledgeable and understands people and is happy to go over things again if unsure. Shannon, her assistant, has been extremely helpful ensuring that we were provided with details of meetings and provided copies of everything.
