   Unfortunately, an absolute disgrace of a company, covering up the NHS like you would never believe, different solicitors every few weeks dealing with my case, some of them completely clueless, absolutely disgusting service. Instructing ‘experts’ who just agree with the NHS and how they failed me as a human being, solicitors agreeing with everything other people say and not even fighting in my corner, over something that I would never wish anyone else to go through. Terrible.

   Like many solicitors & the British legal system, the case took just under 7 years to settle. It was also frustrating that several different solicitors took over the case, each new solo were were clueless to my case, which meant time & time again I had to run through the whole thing to bring them up to speed. It was a relief when it finally came to an end & with the “no win no fee”, it did mean a huge chunk of compensation was charged. But it was good to have a positive outcome in the end.

   They don’t answer the phone. They start professional and then stop communicating completely. Highly frustrating and costing me money. Avoid!

   Terrible experience dealing with these. Completely dragged out the house sale making countless mistakes (Even at one point emailing my solicitors saying the sale was no longer going through, when that was not the case! Causing lots of unnecessary tears and stress). Particularly unhelpful people were Helen Martin & Craig Short.
