By far the worst solicitors I have ever dealt with. The whole process dragged on for many months, full of stress, delays and constant chasing. Nicola Roberts and her team were uncooperative from start to finish and created unnecessary obstacles at every stage. The purchase only went through thanks to the estate agent, who had the knowledge and determination to push things forward. Without his support, their incompetence would have cost me the house. The experience was complete chaos. They even demanded proof of residence for the very property I was in the process of buying. I had to send the same documents several times, and on top of that they kept adding extra charges. In the end, I paid around 80% more than what was originally agreed. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from RMNJ Solicitors - Nicola Robertsand her Team – absolutely shocking service.
Awful solicitors!!! After nine long months of stress and constant chasing, we finally received a brief email from Nicola Roberts—an incredibly uncooperative individual throughout this process. That said, my client had withdrawn from the purchase. Thankfully, we had the buyer’s direct contact details and were able to speak with him personally to reassure him that the minor issue could easily be resolved. He had no intention of pulling out—communication was all that was needed. Unfortunately, Nicola Roberts made no effort to engage with either party, which nearly jeopardized the entire transaction.
We had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Grainne and her team were incredibly clear and efficient, successfully exchanging contracts in just 8 weeks. As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The price was great, and we highly recommend their services!!
Have used RMNJ for conveyancing twice now when purchasing property. They were the cheapest each time and provided great service. Note that communication is mainly by email but I was able to contact my solicitor by phone when I needed to. Great service and highly recommended.
