   1 Star is being possitive After best part of 10 years of having at least 6 diffrent solititors on our case they have now turned around and said they cant complete probate as its out of their jurisdiction and have advised we get another solititor to deal with it. Absolutley stay clear if you want your case dealing with promtly Dont even deal with your complaint they just get the solicitor to email you back and you dont get a reply from the complaints department. Makes you wonder why they go through so many staff.

Sal has great attention detail and is very knowledgeable. He achieved my move within 6 weeks.    If you’re assigned Joanne Langton as your solicitor, take the hit, pull out and go elsewhere! Calls and voicemails were ignored, emails were only responded to when someone else was copied in. Nothing was explained with the documentation (as a first time buyer it was all very confusing), my address was noted wrong on a legal document, she neglected to pass vital information on to the other party regarding me pulling out of the sale leaving the seller in the dark for 11 days, it was only when I chased they were informed. Absolutely no communication whatsoever from Joanne, just me chasing for responses. It seems communicating with her clients is beneath her. I’ve never experienced stress like it and my experience with this company has completely put me off buying a house. Her assistant on the other hand, Rebecca, carries her, she was probably the only helpful person I’ve dealt with, but even she was confused with some things Joanne does. I definitely wouldn’t use this company ever again for anything and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As another reviewer states: AVOID!!!

Affordable, great value for money and experienced conveyancers - highly recommend their services! Would have given five stars but my only minor qualm is that they aren't particularly good with answering the phone but they did always make prompt contact.
