Everything was explained very clearly, Christina took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process, and she was always more than happy to answer my questions. She explained at length the various options, the potential outcomes, as well as balancing any risks. She set me up with a clear long-term financial plan that was 100% focused on my aspirations for the future. Adele got on the case with her team and chased up current values for all 9 or 10 of them within a few weeks and explained in clear, understandable terms what each scheme was. And that was all done free of charge as a "pension review", which is a great service I'd recommend to anyone. Kelly's office team kept us up to date with progress too. All good people to deal with.
