When my mum's dog suddenly found himself homeless during the Covid Pandemic, we became extremely worried as we lived miles away with no family to look after him and almost all kennels closed. Although Emma at Southdown was closed she kindly took him in and gave him 5 Star treatment. We had regular phone calls and pup dates until we could collect him and bring him to his new home. Emma and her daughter sadly waved bye to him and packed him off with his own pack lunch for his epic journey and a list of food liked to eat during his stay. I wouldn't go anywhere else and if Truffle needs another doggy holiday he said he'd love to return to see Emma and her amazing family. Thank you from the bottom of our (and Truffle's) hearts ♥️
