I had some difficulty with an ex- partner and drawing up a child arrangement order. I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca Butler she was fantastic! Always updating me on progress of my case, working hard to allocate me a barrister and ultimately getting me the result I wanted ! Rebecca is a girl next door, easy to talk to and approachable - with an honest and admirable attitude 5/5 stars Rebecca!!! I -also would like to thank Rosheen her wonderful assistant. I would deffo recommend both Rebecca and Rosheen for their hard work and dedication to help people like me and others in a similar situation.

Great at first however it slowly went down hill, I was told I had nothing to worry about yet the final hearing I was ignored. Then when I asked to appeal I was told no unless I appealed it myself or asked to vary the order which then my case was closed without my consent.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Jess today helping me with my case at court. Jess was very professional from the second we met she kept me updated and informed about everything really friendly and supportive. Communication was spot on at all times and she was amazing in court. Thank you again for your help and assistance if anyone needs a solicitor I highly recommend Jess from at MSB x

How should we begin? We are portfolio landlords, and we find ourselves needing to chase after every task to ensure completion. For instance, consider the situation where we were purchasing a leasehold property. The lease terms and conditions were not confirmed to us, and we had to repeatedly follow up to obtain the title report. Our solicitor went ahead and suggested a completion date without even sending us the title report or providing advice on the type of property we were purchasing. If we were first-time buyers, important issues related to the property could have easily been overlooked. However, the most concerning aspect is that we were scheduled to complete today, and our solicitor did not review our file until the day of completion. Our mortgage broker had to proactively contact the lenders to inquire about pending matters. It turned out that they were still missing the gifted deposit form and proof of funds from the donor. What's truly ridiculous is that we had provided proof of funds multiple times – at the beginning when we instructed the solicitor about deposits, throughout the legal process, and once again prior to the completion date. Despite submitting this information multiple times, it had not been shared with the lender, and this situation persisted even as we were scheduled to complete today. As a result, we are unable to complete on the designated date. We are relieved that we are not first-time buyers and are not part of a property chain. Otherwise, the stress would have been much greater, as we rely on the solicitor to guide us through the process. Unfortunately, it seems the roles are reversed in this case. The solicitor lacks a sense of urgency and seemingly doesn't care if you miss your completion date.

I would highly recommend MSB Family. In particular, my case was handled by Hannah Barlow who was outstanding from the start, kept me well informed and recommended excellent counsel for representation in court. At no point did I have anything but full confidence in MSB and ultimately a successful result was achieved as a result of their first class services.

Neil Kelly - absolutely disgraceful. If you actually want any form of communication and honesty from a conveyancing solicitor GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. He refused multiple times to respond to a chain of solicitors, went AWOL at critical moments and compulsively lied, allowing massive delays to my house sale due to his incompetency. I wouldn't waste my time with this firm, he's a partner as well - unbelievable! Avoid at all costs.

Huge waste on money. They sent a different lawyer to represent me at each hearing. The last of which became unstable in the court room after the ex accused him of lying. The judge asked him to step outside at which point I let him go and went back in and accepted whatever conditions necessary to see my son. So yeah I could have done that in the first place without giving these people money.
