   We got to know about Frank Finance via Unbiased website when our mortgage deal was coming to an end. As everyone else, we were a bit skeptical when Lee and Laura contacted us, but we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Honestly, it turned out to be the best decision we made.    I cannot recommend Frank Finance enough to support with mortgage applications. We recently had to remortgage and Laura went above and beyond. The mortgage process included repayment of a Help to buy loan and Laura gave clear advise on the requirements to support the process. She was always available to support queries even outside of typical working hours. Laura dealt with the mortgage provider and supported with completion of application forms. Tough questions and chalk were dealt with and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Our application was pushed through by Laura to ensure we got the best deal. I really felt Laura provided a personal touch and she was a pleasure to work with.

We had identified a mortgage product we were interested in but needed the support of a broker to apply to the specific lender.
