   I was told at the start my debt will managed but are very poor are keeping records. I was still getting messages from creditors it’s frightening especially if under dispute. Also I paid them 50% of my debt to them almost but for them to put me on payment plan after my service paid to them, doesn’t make sense to me to do this I’m losing out on more.I was told 95% of my debt will be written off mislead to believe at first,. They will suck you in for your vulnerability. I want my money back they won’t return this, they will eat your money for free now i genuine believe most of the reviews are Fake I don’t believe they out here to help people!!! Don’t trust this company lost out on £7,000 now I’m still in debt in 1 years 3 months nothing been sorted they have done about a week work on my credit resolve, its appalling it giving me nothing but stress and anxiety I feel very low this moment in time and this lot meant to help me be debt free but instead given nothing but headache and stress from day one I will report them to trading standard for negligence. Now they blocked me and not answering if anyone wants proof email me after requested for a refund and made false accusations about me been left in dark worst company

   Review for Prowse Phillips I don’t know where to start. I received a call from someone about dept management.. I was in debt and couldn’t manage my debts, I tried as hard as I could… I had quite a few credit cards and a loan. In the past I paid all of these debts on time and lots of interest for over 30 years . They kept giving me more credit and I took it thinking I could pay it back. I did pay them all for over 30 years They all earnt a lot from me .. Then work went sideways I kept working and kept paying as much as I could for a few years until the credit cards and banks wanted more than I could pay. Work was Hard to get. Then crunch time I couldn’t pay my bills. I kept up with gas and electric. Just. I contacted step-change and other organisations to help me, we filled out forms and did all the income and expenditure. Ok so it helped for a while i will cut this short. Anyone who has been in this position will understand You don’t want to take calls You don’t want to open your own front door Emails are like Please leave me alone. To anyone that has felt anything like this please contact Prowse Phillips You are more than welcome to contact me too. BUT I CAN SLEEP. I cannot thank Abby and Kacey for what they have done for me so far

   Do not use!!!! My case has been going on for over 2 years with no resolution. I received an email in August 2022 saying I will receive a payment of my damages that I am owed and Prowse Phillips will not pay me out. I have spoken to advisors countless amount of times and am always told the same response ‘the accounts team is not available’. One check they sent out went missing and a second which I asked to be sent recorded delivery also never turned up. They have now said they refuse to issue a third without explanation. They have taken my money and will not pay me. I will be taking matters further as this is unacceptable. Not to mention in those 2 years not an ounce of work has been carried out on my property! Emails are constantly ignored and the phone advisors can never provide a definitive answer. I advise everyone to not use this firm.
