David Globe prevented a sale as he inaccurately stated that ground rents on a leasehold property over £250 means the purchaser is at a higher risk if he/she doesn't pay. Non payment of ground rent would result in action in any case and this is no reason to not allow a sale to go through. David Globe therefore, should not take on leasehold apartment sales as he simply won't advise the sales to go through. My buyer changed solicitor after advice from several property professionals that Mr Globe was talking non sense and the sale went through. Thanks David for the unnecessary delay and utter nonsense advice.
