   I had a great experience with Capper & Jones during my recent purchase. Heather and Vicky handled the conveyancing professionally and kept everything moving, even when there were a few complexities to work through. Communication was clear throughout and I always felt informed on progress. I’d also like to thank the reception staff, who were consistently helpful and friendly whenever I called. Overall a very professional service from start to finish and I would happily recommend them.

   I very rarely leave reviews on any business. But this is the only time I have felt compelled to do so, if anything to warn others. And worth noting that this solicitor was representing the house we were buying, not us directly (I have checked carefully that we can legally leave a review in that instance). But wow, I was warned beforehand by a few people in North Wales of how slow these guys are. But from first hand experience of my solicitors and estate agents dealing directly with them, I was shocked. At times they took weeks to respond to enquiries. We found them very uncommunicative. It took the entire chain phoning them and chasing them at times to get any kind of response or update. Our chain very, very nearly completely collapsed, and I believe that is a lot to do with the delays caused by how slow and unresponsive they were. If you are considering selling or buying with these I a would very much advise against it from my experience of dealing with them

   Had to chase them every day aftet my parents passed. Now we cannot use them as my friend who is buying my house is using them. Very efficient is our new solicitor but these are so slow and I think lazy we have used them for all our family transactions but we won't be using them again

   I couldn't recommend Capper&Jones more highly. Heather and Vicky really went above and beyond to help me with purchasing my first home. I was clueless about the process and they explained everything clearly to me and really guided me through each step. I was overwhelmed when looking for a solictor as there are so many out there but I was recommend these and can see why.

   We were very happy with this company. In what would usually be a stressful time selling and purchasing a property, the staff at Capper & Jones fully explained every process and any reasons for delays to us. This helped keep us updated and ready for exchange. We can’t thank them enough. The transition on moving day ran very smoothly all thanks to the hard work put in leading up to the day. Everything fell in to place and that was down to the professionalism and hard work that went on behind the scenes whilst we were packing! I won’t hesitate to use this firm again.

   I don't usually do a review but I am absolutely disgusted by the service provided by this company. My son and daughter had IPD1 forms verified by a solicitor in this company and were charged £150 per form a total of £300. My husband and I had the same forms verified by another Solicitor in Mold and were charged £90 per form a total of £180. How can they justify this charge ?

   Excellent solicitors, pleasant ,helpful, informative, made you feel welcome. We had Suzanne which was lovely for my mum to have some one that would help and talk to her. Only downside....press a button on front door hardly jeans, door locked, when opened dark unwelcoming hall way...more like a old oensioners place. Can't fault staff all lovely but needs more welcoming area????
