My partner and I chose to use Gamlins to buy our first property together. We ran into some issues with the sale of my property regarding some issues with HM Land Registry which slowed the progress of our purchase to a holt. Fortunately we had Gamlins' solicitor Mellisa Roberts who is nothing short of a miracle worker and fantastic at her job. She handled our case with professionalism and exceptional knowledge in her field. During the six month process of overseeing the sale and purchase of our properties Melissa was always available to update and reassure us of what was happening. She consistently emailed us during out of office hours, just to keep us informed. She is a credit to Gamlins and we hope to have her with us in any future house sale/ purchase.

I simply cannot recommend this company highly enough, in particular Ben Whiting. My request for a commercial lease was dealt with in record time and at very reasonable cost. Responses were received from Ben in an instant and all issues dealt with extremely efficiently and competently without the tedious wait usually associated with solicitors. Ben works to very high standards, his advice was sound and reliable and his service was outstanding. A mention must also be made of Ben's colleague Sion Jones who was equally as quick and efficient at the outset of the case, before leaving for holiday when Ben took over. All in all, I consider this firm and in particular Ben, to be first class and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others - so much so that they are now also dealing for cases for relatives whom I passed on to them.
Held divorce case over a year with no advancements. When asked for updates these were occasionally given after several requests and were half harted updates. We were not taken seriously and felt very let down by Gamlins. Calls were hardly returned. When meeting over zoom video camera was not turned on. Completely stressful firm to deal with when already in a stressful situation.
We were happy with how efficient this company were. In particular Melissa. During a very busy time of year just before Christmas, Melissa was brilliant. She was really quick to assist us during what would normally be a really stressful time. Thank you Melissa! Highly recommend Gamlins.
