Very poor customer service. I contacted Natasha Hall Law with an enquiry regarding the fact that my tenancy deposit had not been protected. I sent a very extensive email with lots of attachments as evidence and recieved a couple of sentences as a response, which did not answer my initial query. I then sent two further emails, asking for clarification, both of which have been ignored.
I can't praise Natasha Hall Law highly enough. I contacted them with a complex Tenancy Dispute and they were brilliant, very patient and the advice they gave was easy to follow and understand. The outcome for me was positive and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to everyone involved.
