The most hardwork and long ongoing process for what should have been a fairly simple tenancy deposit claim. Emails will go ingored for months at a time. Don't expect any pace or updates. Next time I'll do the legwork myself and save the time and money. Looking back everything they have done would have been doable myself and I wouldn't have had to chase every single thing for 4 years.

Do not use this company due to their inexperience of 6 years trading only and no knowledge of what evidence is needed from their clients to deal with their relevant matter, this company has acted on behalf of a fraudster named Mr Artjomas Rogozins that has walked into their office with a piece of paper namely a tenancy agreement and has successfully claimed back a security deposit through it not being in a TDS scheme that was never given by himself, we are currently lodging a claim to the courts for our full payment of £2854.80 given to Johnson & Boon following their harassing and intimidating letters that always going to the wrong address and personally addressed to myself whilst they should have been going to my solicitor Jack Oliver at Pinney Talfourd along with my solicitors cost that are in the region of £1000 and a claim for anxiety to myself and my partner, stress and loss of time. Johnson & Boon should have received bank statement evidence from their client before threatening letters were sent to us, we strongly advise you don’t use this company… This company takes a predatory stance as guaranteed, if you are being demanded a claim from them, then once that claim has been settled, a second claim will definitely follow, they work in a deceitful, intimidating fashion, if a party is claiming… all claims should come together… not first claim successful, now let’s try another… Greed from both this company and their client has caused this claim to come to light as a fraudulent case!
