Throughout the process, we often found ourselves having to follow up for updates, which added extra stress during an already difficult time. There were delays that didn't always seem necessary, and it sometimes felt like things could have been handled with more efficiency and care. While there may have been good intentions, overall we felt let down by the service provided. We would encourage others to really think before naming a solicitor as an executive on a will and to ask detailed questions about costs and timelines up front to avoid similar issues.
