   We used Burd Ward for the purchase of our first home. As first time buyers, we had no idea about the complexities of buying a house, but Jane Ashton and the team worked very hard, behind the scenes, ensuring that all areas of the sale had been covered. I never felt like a nuisance when emailing/calling for updates (although I probably was!) But on the whole, purchasing our first home wasn't as stressful as I thought it was going to be.    ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING The way I was treated by this company, Every time I rang them (8 times in one day without ever been called back when was told they would) was told " with a client" and even lied saying that another solicitors were dealing with probate! I Would of given no stars never mind 1 AVOID THEM you will thank me!

   Amazing service throughout. Nadya and Donna have dealt with the sale and purchase of a new build property. from the start the communication has been amazing. When I left a massage or email they would always respond within 24 hours which was crucial regarding the new build purchase. They took all the stress out of the process and it was an exceptional customer journey. I would highly recommend burd Ward solicitors they really do care about the client .thank you team you’ve done an amazing job to have us completed before Christmas.

   I instructed BurdWard to deal with probate back in Dec 2020. It finalised Feb’22. There was a period where I was sent letters in error and ignored for 4 months. It was only when I was about to raise a complaint did someone take my calls and emails seriously. Terrible service, no empathy and constantly had to chase them. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
