Used Concorde for nearly 12 years both for our business (2013-2015) and personally. They are also unravelling a complicated tax issue for a family member. Always had good service at a fair price.
Absolutely disgusting service very happy charging us £1500 but no guidance on what to do following our 1st year of being self employed asked numerous questions via email and as soon as they realised our business hasn't taken off and things got tough they emailed us saying they would no longer act as our accountant. Received a late penalty notice because they failed to submit our tax year from us first starting, failed to speak to us about national insurance the whole time they have presumed we know what to do. Absolutely disgusting business
