This is a great park with many facilities and things to do. There are tennis courts, kids play area, bandstand, lido, nature trail, restaurant and many benches and flower beds. Free car park off St Peter's Church Lane and a pay & display car park near the lido, £4 up to 10 hours.

The park itself is brilliant! Free parking available in certain car parks. The park seems very well maintained, and the variety in the playgrounds is great, my kids loved it! There is a massive outdoor pool with a really fun splash pad for the kids. Be under no illusion however, the pool is cold, VERY cold! It was too cold for my two young boys of 5 and 3, although it was packed with people which it didn't seem to bother, so that might be just us! We went on a day it was around 27C weather as well. Facilities are alright, changing rooms a little grimy, but not terrible. A few benches dotted around for seating, but when it's packed it can be difficult. There is a cafe on-site which sells quite a bit and looked decent.

A very nice park which extends from the edge of the town centre outwards for about 1km . There is a swimming pool and café, lakes, fields, and a variety of sports and play areas. Great for families, walking the dog, and exercise. There is also a lot artwork painted on panels, or wooden sculptures reflecting the history of the town and its unique underground salt lakes.

We went to lido first for a swim which was lovely. Only thing it's a bit cold for 0-10 year olds despite being 23c. Park was fabulous with great activities for kids.

Such a lovely park for the kids to play, the free splash pad is fab too. Lots of shaded areas for picnics. We went yesterday and discovered the nature walk which was lovely, saw some big birds too which were fab! It's such a lovely park and space.

Fabulous local park for walks and sports! We have walked through and around many times here with the children, friends and dogs over the years, it's always a pleasure to pass through to enjoy the beautiful setting and take shade in the summer, before ending up beside the canal eventually out either end of the park. It's great to see all ages and backgrounds come together in play or some of the many sports held here like tennis and cricket. The grounds are kept tidy and it's well laid out, walks are accessible for a lovely stroll which can be as brief or as long as you choose.

We love lido Park however it's having a little work done to it currently so you may want to wait a while as some of the walkways are blocked off currently and one of the children's slide areas which was a shame and not to mention very noisey for little children. The ice cream, cakes and tango ice blast are very yummy. The cafe is clean. The lido pool is well lifeguarded and looked after. Everyone seemed to be enjoyed themselves. Bandstand was clean, no broken glass when we went. Grass is cut. Don't forget to bring some bread for the ducks. Only criticism is on the walk ways where we love to walk as very shady, the stinging nettles need to be cut back so children don't get hurt. I know its good for the insects but there's lots of nature around. For 2hours parking it cost £2 :)
