   with no communication Kim (all paws) decided to black list us and did not show up for our dogs today. she kept the key to my house!!! and BLOCKED me on every social media media! stinky behaviour, very unprofessional

   I've been very reluctant to do this review (and have never left a bad review in my life) but this business went completely radio silence on me after agreeing to do some drop ins for my pets for my wedding. This resulted in a huge amount of stress to make alternative arrangements the week before the wedding when we realised we had been left in the lurch. It's also worth saying that Kimberly had previously done drop ins for us with no problems and we got on very well! We tried various ways of communicating (phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, email) and as a last resort I left a comment on the all paws Facebook page, which was promptly deleted and I was blocked. I have added some screenshots as proof of this. A simple response/ cancellation would have been completely fine, and we'd still be happy to discuss this with Kimberly to understand her reasoning and remove this review if possible, but we believe we are owed an explanation and we do not want anyone else to be put in the situation where they cannot be sure of care for their pets.

   We had an initial meeting where she came round and met our dogs before we committed to any bookings which was free of charge. We are very last minute with our bookings and Kim always manages to fit us in! Our dogs absolutely love Kim and we know they in safe hands whenever they are with her! Reliable and professional and we would highly recommend.

   All Paws is run by Kimberly. Kimberly is very passionate about what she does and clearly loves animals. After our first initial meeting I was sure Kimberly was the person we were looking for to walk Alfie and house sit occasionally. Alfie has had a few walks and has integrated well with other dogs which I’m so happy about because he’s a character. He loves it being in the care of Kimberly. One thing I like about the service All Paws offers is when dogs are walked Kimberly doesn’t have too many so that control could be lost, she is careful of surroundings and only wants the best for the doggies. I trust Kimberly wholeheartedly and know my baby Alfie is loved and safe whist in her care. Thank you All Paws. ❤️❤️

   Kim has been a lifesaver as someone who works full time. She’s gone the extra mile so many times to help me out including giving my dog some extra toys and all round dog advice. Her business is prim and proper with monthly invoices sent to you and she’s been so accommodating when I’ve had to make changes last minute to dates or when I’ve needed her to pop around urgently whilst I’m out. Can’t imagine not having her. Please check out All Paws Facebook and instagram where she shares pictures of the many dogs and other animals she cares for. Kim’s made a big difference to my pooches day and he looks forward to seeing her.
