   Mind and Tails offers exceptional quality dog walks, dog training, and pet drop-in services. With Steph, the needs and requirements of the pet are put first. She takes the time to understand what sort of walks would suit the lifestyle and needs of the dog (group walks, 1-2-1 walks, enrichment walks). My dog is picked up and returned (cleaned of any muddy paws and well exercised). Steph takes the group to a variety of locations throughout the week, meaning less boredom going to the same place every day. During the walks, Steph takes the time to sneak in positive training - pulling on lead, resource guarding, recall, jumping up, and good play practices. I have seen significant changes in my walks with my dog as a direct result of Steph's walks. I also get so many great photos and videos from the walks!

   Can't praise Mind and Tails enough. From my first meeting with Steph I was so impressed with her professionalism and reliability and of course her love for pups! She clearly takes things seriously and with animals best interests in mind, which is exactly what you want in a dog walker. Our pup merrily trundles off with her, and I trust her completely with him and our home when she is doing drop ins. She's super flexible which suits our more ad-hoc needs. She was brilliant; super patient in teaching me the fundamentals of training, and building both puppy and human confidence. My dog absolutely loves her, and I hope to be able to use her dog walking services once his little legs are a bit longer!

   I was nervous about getting a dog waker but Steph is fantastic, she put me right at ease and was happy to share all the right documentation so I felt safe. Her walks are the highlight of my dog's week. She also shares loads of great photos and videos of the dogs having fun every walk which is a lovely touch.
