    Was a bit anxious about leaving my dog as Hilary is in poor health and I asked a couple of times if she was ok doing it. She assured me she was. When I returned a couple of hours later as instructed, my dog was nearly finished, but she was a nervous wreck. The last 15 mins of the trim I was holding my shaking dog as Hilary finished. She clipped her nails and I noticed blood on the table, she had trimmed too much. Then she mentioned my dog was "naughty" as she moved a lot.Didn't like that one bit. told her it wouldn't be a problem in the future as I won't be coming back, she tried to back peddle but nah. She asked if I was happy with the work and by this time I just wanted to get out of there. I'm sure 20 years ago she was an amazing groomer but do yourself (and her) a favour and avoid. I thought long and hard about posting this as I don't like leaving bad reviews but it affected my dog so I couldn't not post.

    An excellent dog groomer who listens and trims my dog to my requirements. Has great knowledge and a wonderful, careful manner with my dog who hates being groomed and trimmed but Hillary works with my dog and she responds well. Always pleased with the service.
