   Booked our Parson Russell Terrier in to be hand stripped as the first time we had him done here, the results were fine. This time was very different indeed. My wife brought him home and walked him, where a local who knows our dog asked when we were taking him back to get him finished.. His coat was really uneven with tufts of fur evidently missed, they very easily pulled out. His coat looks dreadful. They just didn't do a thorough job at all, so we won't be going back I'm afraid. I tried 5 times to call them before leaving this review, I even left messages, so they had every opportunity to speak with me. They chose to ignore me. I think sometimes, stripping is given to a junior to do as part of training, if that did happen, it should have been overseen by the owner and signed off before the dog was allowed to leave. If this didn't happen and an experienced groomer did this, you need to retrain I'm afraid.
