   Absolutely shocking ordered a taxi to my pick up location and they asked me the drop off everything was fine they said they would send one right away then my taxi was taking awhile so I called them to say look it’s the middle of the night I’m pregnant and I need to go home it’s freezing and they told me that I’ve been black listed I asked what for and they couldn’t give me a reason would not recommend these if you want a nice safe journey home not reliable and they was rude to me uber came within 2mins and was cheaper anyway wish I booked that sooner!

   We almost miss the train because the taxi didn't come. A neighbour had to pick us because this kind of people didn't show up. Not gonna trust them nevermore.

   Absolutely dreadful. Was left waiting for about an hour around southport in the freezing cold for a cab to turn up. Wish you would give a toss about vulnerable people around this time of year who need to get home. 0 stars if it was possible.

   DO NOT BOOK: Awful company, booked a 6 seater taxi a day in advance, they rang us 5 minutes before saying they couldn’t do it and we’d have to pay extra!! IDIOTS very rude too

   Took a cab ordered by the Vincent Hotel in Southport to a local eatery Verite’s in nearby Birkdale on Tuesday evening. The cab was on time and the driver very friendly and chatty. Upon entering the restaurant and taking our seats I noticed that all my debit & credit cards were missing from my phone / wallet. The restaurant manager rang the taxi company and asked if any cards had been handed in. Shortly afterwards the receptionist from the hotel rang me to advise that the taxi driver had found all the cards and dropped them on reception. Obviously I was relieved and then able to enjoy my meal at Verite’s restaurant. I would like to personally thank the taxi driver for his honesty and integrity, my faith in good people was well and truly renewed. Thanks sincerely Paul T.

   Booked a taxi 2 days in advance from Southport to St Helen's hospital yesterday. Arrived on time and got me to appointment on time. Good conversation which was welcome on journey. Safe, competent driving. Friendly, considerate and nice clean comfy car. Excellent sevice, much appreciated, will use again.

   I called for two taxis and they said it would be around 15 minutes. I called again 30 minutes later as we had a dinner reservation. I spoke to an operator that said that both taxis had been and gone. I said ‘how is that possible I’ve had no notification by text or call’. The phone operator said ‘well you won’t get it if you don’t have signal.’ How can I not have signal if I am calling you right now? The operator replied saying ‘well you should be checking out the window anyway,‘ my dad was already stood at the window! To be spoken down to in such a demeaning way has bothered me. We then had to rely on another taxi company.

   Good taxi company. Fairly reliable. As any company if too many people taking taxi might leave you waiting for a period of time. Taxis are easily recognisable. Drivers are sometimes a bit too silent and unlike other online companies you have no map and they won't ask you (a bit more like old fashion service) but it works and takes you from one place to another. They will keep your preferred locations and when you call saves you from waiting for an operator as it will ask you if you wanna be picked up from one of your last 3 places. I could swear there was an app but couldn't find it last time... you might be able to. They will text you a few minutes before they get to your door.

   Terrible service. When you ask for a time the taxi is likely to with you, the operator, don't know. No elaboration. You can also tell he was slightly annoyed by the question. Lazy people like this are bad for customer and bad for hard working drivers wanting work. Simply not good enough. No wonder uber is killing it.
