Total lack of professionalism — they completely ruined my dog. From being a beautiful dog, they made her look terrible and ugly. So no. I do NOT recommend this salon.
I would not return. The cut wasn't good and our dog has been left with uneven patches. But that's not my issue. When I arrived, it was like they weren't expecting us, our dog was really nervous and they made no effort to acknowledge him or help him settle. I said he was nervous, he is elderly with poor vision and hearing and hadn't been before, he's also recently had surgery, so I was worried about him. I could see the cages were small, and I said he wouldn't like that, I understand that it can't be helped but that he will bark when put in a cage. When I picked him up, the woman saw me, turned to our dog and said "you can shut up now". I was shocked but thought it may have been a joke, but then I was hit with more comments like " he doesn't shut up, does he" and "he's done this the whole time". Seeing him in the cage he was panting and clearly stressed and a little bit of empathy would have calmed him. I did not appreciate the snide comments. He's an elderly dog who's anxious at groomers and has health conditions, I'm really concerned that if they were like that with him while I was there, what may have happened while I was not there.
Very happy with Cody’s groom! He went in for a full groom and hand strip and came home looking and smelling gorgeous. Cody is nearly 9, never had a professional groom and can be funny with other dogs so I was quite nervous to take him in. When I arrived to collect he was very happy and relaxed. The staff really eased my nerves and shows they can work with dogs even if they are a bit fussy or difficult. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Used this groomer for years ! Very friendly, calming and patient with my dogs - the only place my dogs Lizzie and Sheila go in wagging their tails ( not been the case at other groomers unfortunately ) very reasonably priced and new premises are lovely. lots of my friends have moved to this groomers now too and also report the same ! Best in town !!
Have used this groomer for years and three different dogs, all look great when they are done. Latest dog looking good.
Had my two boarder terriers in for a hand strip, very happy with the results. Bathed and nails included in the price. Scruffy mutts in smart mutts out. Thank you, we will be returning.
