   We have recently adopted a rescue spaniel he is very wary around new people and it takes him awhile to accept new people. So we thought we would try a 121 mobile service, Katie came to give him his first grooming and she was amazing! They immediately bonded and she was really great putting him at ease. He loved her from the start and she made a great job trimming him, we will definitely use Katie again. Reg sends lots of licks!

   Really amazing service today from Katie! She completely understood what we wanted for our puppies. It was their first cut and she made them both feel really comfortable and seemed very happy. Amazing customer service and communication due to having to cancel due to the snow and got us in asap! Will be using again and good value for money. Really lovely to not have to leave your home to have them groomed. Making it easier for us and our puppies

   Absolutely shocking service , set a date and then they cancelled ,I told them I needed dogs groomed for a certain date and they waited till the day to cancel ,meaning I couldn't book someone else . I have also asked when I'm getting my £25 deposit back that they've had over 4 weeks ,but no answer . Might be a scam. Still waiting for my deposit ,am a disabled pensioner. After they cancelled first date on the day , they sent a text saying they would fit us in the next week , then they say we can't do that . We booked the holiday thinking our dogs would be cut and groomed on the 19th of July and they had up to the 26th to fit us in before our holiday . Now refusing to give deposit back at all ,after offering it back in a text .

   Excellent from start to finish. Easy booking service , information very clear on what service they offer but most importantly was how caring and professional they were with a nervous cocker spaniel. She came away looking and smelling great and wagged her tail as she came out of the van. The whole convenience of the salon pulling up at your house , giving a great service and caring for your dog is fantastic. Highly recommend

   I find this service excellent and have been using the same groomer for a few years now. My dog always looks super smart and the groomer always listens and has been helpful when we have had any issues - eg my dog had a bad leg at one point and couldn’t stand for too long. Having the van come to the house is also very convenient and minimises the time that my dog is away. The van always looks clean, smart and well equipped.
