    I took my long haired chihuahua Neville for his first groom with Alex yesterday and I was so nervous as Neville is such a Mummy’s boy and very attached to me. Alex has been so responsive to my messages leading up to the groom and so friendly and caring! Couldn’t be happier with his cut and he will be going back regularly now! Would recommend to anyone.

    This was my first experience of using this service & I’m truly delighted with the grooming service offered by Alex. My Westie Freddie was very very overdue for grooming, & I was very grateful to get an appointment with Alex who collected him & brought home a beautifully groomed dog not only that there was a goodie bag with a ball that Freddie has not stopped playing with - which is unusual for him.
