They are quick to respond to queries, their financial advice is good and they really do take the time to understand our business and how it works which is very comforting. Caroline is very knowledgable, professional, approachable and easy to communicate with which makes for a very pleasant experience: Face to face, real contact time, going over your accounts with a cuppa, asking questions, understanding answers is a luxury these days. I am delighted with the professional service I have received from her company. Caroline is knowledgeable and efficient (as you would expect), but more than that, she is friendly and personable and genuinely interested in our business.
