Never have cars available and will charge different prices every time for same journey. The staff are ignorant and rude on phone. If I were you I would walk or try and different company. Sooner they close the better
I do not recommend using Holywell Cars. It is extremely difficult to pre-book a taxi with them, as they frequently have no vehicles available. On multiple occasions, I have noticed that the fare changes each time I book, with prices seemingly adjusted arbitrarily on the day of travel. This practice comes across as highly unprofessional and exploitative.
Van blew up and they got me off the bypass in 20 mins. Thanks so much guys
Amazing service! We broke down on a motorway near Holywell with our 2 young children late at night. After being let down by another local taxi firm and others not willing to collect us we were so grateful that the owner came to get us straight away and took us to a local hotel. Would definitely reccomend them. Thank you again !
As a disabled woman I rely on taxis to get me from A to B and have always used Holywell cars not only are all the drivers nice and chatty but the reception (telephone) staff are also really helpful and will do their best to fit you in if you need a taxi! I’ve yet to get into a Holywell cars taxi that was dirty all cars are spotless inside and out!! Wouldn’t change a thing highly recommend to anyone needing local or airport runs!!
I dont usually post reviews but i have to say after trying all local taxis and none available holywell rang me back and squeezed me in. Now thats customer service at its best.

We have never been asked for our taxi fare EVER. The girl Kayleigh asked for the money and then never spoke to us once in our journey from Holywell to Gwespyr. I hope your other drivers are better equipped with conversation and niceties than this girl. We felt very uncomfortable.
Brilliant service! They'll pick you up at the drop of a hat! Always willing to move the pickup time also! Great taxi service!
Very friendly lady took my booking and was very helpful, taxi did arrive a little late but got us where we needed to be with plenty of time to spare, very nice and chatty driver made the journey comfortable and not awkward at all like some taxi journeys can be, and best of all the price was much lower than expected, overall very good service!
