I must say, Louise and he team did a fantastic job on our living room, stairs and landing. They got rid of some really deep stains from the cat and dog, as well our son’s dirty feet. Great job all round. They even came round to re-do a small patch as part of the initial cost. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Our Carpets were cleaned as part of a deep clean…. The Carpet cleaning was very good ,he did a great job.Unfortunately they asked to move chairs to get to windows to clean, and chairs were not moved back before carpets cleaning… Now left with bad dirt marks around living room chairs, very upsetting.
