   It was amazing the machines are clean and well maintained, and the ironing service is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend. I just sifted to Birmingham and i found this laundry for my regular washing.

   Hobs moat lauderette was very busy at 9.15 saturday morning,but a lovely place,ppl in charge very helpful and prices good. I had my duvet washed and dried in 4 hours,very impressed and duvet lovely and clean. Will always go here from now on

   I searched online to establish if this launderette was open and for some reason, the information showed it as being open 24 hours on a Wednesday - which I know is not correct. It is definitely closed all day on a Wednesday so beware. I use them for washing and drying my duvets and they provide an excellent service and always wash and dry the duvets on the same day.

   DO NOT USE I left 2 black bags of laundry for service wash and dry as waiting for engineer to fix my machine. All the clothes were machine washable and regularly washed and dried at home together, all pockets were checked for foreign objects. I collected the following day and no one said anything. When I opened, every single item is covered in black deposits/stains - this can be seen even on darker clothing. Never seen anything like it- something must have been in the machine or dryer. I can't believe they didn't say anything when I collected, you can't miss it- they just took my money. When I contacted the laundry , they were extremely defensive and not interested until I said about my only option then was to leave a review so other people didn't suffer the same fate. At this point they offered to rewash but I have refused as I can tell that there is no way any amount of rewashing is going to remove whatever it is and have resigned to replacing everything.

   Its been under new ownership for a little while now. The new owners are really friendly and know their customers by name. They will do a full service wash if you wish. Personally I use them for service drying only. Price obviously varies depending on how much clothing i leave them but it is quite low price for what they do, and its always ready by the end of the day. They also offer a dry cleaning service.
