   I damaged my back as a child and spent 3 years in and out of hospital and had a major operation. I have always been independent, so struggled with the decision to ask Mopheads to clean for me, but it has been a blessing. Tracey now comes to clean. I was impressed at how much she did. Her kindness and thoughtfulness amazed me. Tanya, one of the owners advised me on getting a key safe rather than hiding my emergency keys! Yesterday I needed it when I locked myself out! I had Josie a holiday stand in, all I can say is that the Mopheads ladies are amazing and have definitely added to my well being.

   I really recommend Mopheads. If you are wondering if a cleaning service is for you then be reassured - yes it is! Absolute peace of mind knowing that the weekly or fortnightly clean is taken care of, and you can focus on other things. For me it was spending more quality time with my son, and having a bit more help in the run up to moving house. The team are so helpful and thoughtful, and their work is always of a really high standard. We've moved out of the Midlands now and I really wish I could have taken them with me!

   £210 for a professional whole house clean for an empty house already in good condition was a waste of money. There were two people here, 3 hours each cleaning this house and I honestly don’t understand how they managed to stretch what they did over that time. Some areas were complete but many completely lacking. Didn’t clean inside of windows, in corners of rooms or window sills or shelves, didn’t clean things like the extractor fan or the taps or some of the worktop surfaces. I’ve had to go around and do a lot of the job again because it was so superficial. Not impressed and won’t be asking this company to do work for us again.

   We had our church hall cleaned by Mopheads in anticipation of covid restrictions lifting so we can reopen. The ladies were friendly and professional. They worked hard all day and it shows. Our hall hasn’t looked this clean in years, it sparkled and smelt so fresh and clean. We are extremely pleased with the work done and recommend them.
