   This company did some great work at my house but unfortunately had installed a kitchen tap which caused a leak and serious damage to a ceiling below. They then apologised and fixed the tap and the ceiling at no extra cost as it was their responsibility. This should get 5 stars so far, however after the property has been vacant for a couple of months and a sales viewing takes place and it becomes apparent that the same issue is present and the ceiling is damaged much worse than previously. The company refuses to accept any responsibility for that, simply because some time had passed. However it takes time for slow leaks to manifest into very bad ceiling damage. While this company clearly does great handyman work, this 1-star review is for the fact that their problematic tap installation will cost me over £1,000 in extra repairs. I don’t like it when a company takes the responsibility for things prior to a customer paying their bill, but after the bill is paid they really don’t care any more.

   Robin came to fix a hinge on my upvc window. While he was here I asked him to take a look at the back door which was sticking, the hinge had moved a little. Robin fixed everything quickly, and to say I'd sprung another repair in him, didn't really charge me much more at all. Would definitely recommend, and will contact again should the occasion arise. Thanks Robin.

   Robin is very efficient and gets the job done in a methodical and tidy manner, at a reasonable rate. Robin has done a few jobs for me, is always polite and friendly, no job seems to big or to small. I will definitely be using him again in the future, and would recommend him.
