Needed a suit dry cleaned and a hurry and was turned around in under 24 hours which is extremely unusual these days Price very competitive indeed and helpful and friendly staff. The suit was beautifully clean with all the stains removed. Thoroughly recommend.
Just had Masterclean dry clean the covers/cushions of our Multi Yorke suite which has never been deep cleaned in the many years we've owned it. We're really pleased with the results & are confident it has extended the life of of our suite for a few more years. From contacting the company to completion of the job, it only took a few days & was very professionally handled. We would definitely recommend & will use Masterclean in the future, especially as they do door to door dry cleaning of clothes/furnishings too.
First time we have used a dry cleaners in a long while and have to say we were very impressed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Zee was very conscientious about her work. The dress I wore to my sons wedding was delicate but it came back immaculate and good as new. Thank you so much.
I took my suit to this dry cleaners. It has been worn once and dry cleaned elsewhere. I wore it for a funeral and took it to master clean to be dry cleaned. It came back creased with hard patches and marks! I took it back to masterclean, the woman said it must have got wet and also that it came in like this. Then she suggested it was the chemicals and I should contact the manufacturer. She was very rude and started shouting and told me to get out. She even said if I took it to a top class dry cleaner they wouldn’t do it any better!!? A gentleman came from the back to calm her down and did his best to resolve the issue. Will not be using again such a rude aggressive woman owner. Disgraceful customer service!
Masterclean Shirley are an outstanding dry cleaners. We are new customers, having used them twice recently. Their care and attention to detail is what really differentiates them. They have done a really good job in getting difficult to remove stains out of clothes in readiness for special occasions. Their prices are reasonable and they are nice, genuine people too. I cannot praise them enough!
The place has become a rip off! Since new ownership, my wife had a simple dress that needed cleaning nothing special, no real marks just a freshen up and wanted £35. Went to Krystal kleen instead charging £14.
