   I had a carpet cleaning booked for today at 15:30 and received a confirmation/reminder email yesterday. After 30mins no one had arrived and I called but there was no answer. I called twice more (no answer again) over the next two hours and ultimately gave up waiting and went home. Earlier in the week I sent email that wasn’t responded to as well. Thanks for wasting my afternoon. On the plus side I didn’t have to pay during the booking process so I haven’t lost any money.

   Brilliant service, booked last minute for whole house carpet cleanup at a good price. Turned up on time and finished as stated. Carpets came back much cleaner and give advice given. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!!!

   I had Ben come out to do my carpets and I couldn’t be happier, not only is he a great guy and brilliant to chat to his work is amazing I think my carpets now are cleaner than when I moved in. He’s very proud of what he dose and it truly shows in the quality, he’s honest when I asked about certain stains on a carpet he told me it wouldn’t come out and he didn’t want to charge me for work I didn’t need. I would recommend him to everyone in a second.

   absolutely amazing job. I needed my sofa cleaning in an emergency as my toddler had done a wee on it, it is now smelling fresh and looks as good as new. I also had my carpets cleaned and they have come up as good as new. Thank you so much for coming out at such short notice and doing such a thorough job.

   Amazing results!!! Our carpets were embarrassingly dirty yet Ben managed to get loads of stains out to make them look like new again which resulted in us getting our bond back from the Real Estate, thanks Ben!! Strongly recommend.
