   We had art cleaning come out and clean the church gutters. From the begining to end weve had a proffesional service. They came out to do a site visit before they quoted and then again when it came to do the work as cherry pickers and extra long poles would be required to reach the tower and the high guttera and they wanted to ensure they turned up with the right kit. Once theyd satisfied themselves that they could do the job they kept us informed of where there could be potential issues, so we as a customer was aware of any potential issues early. They were able to find solutions to ensure all the gutters- even the hard to reach ones where examined and cleaned. The lads that attended on the day were proffesional in there approach, arrived in a timely fashion, they worked hard all day and were flexible with which side they approached first to ensure the nursery who use the church hall wasnt unduly impacted by there presence. Best of all was that art priced competetively. I would throughly recommend this company, they have served us well.

   The contractor that was sent to our site at BOA Stage and Screen on 22/8 was amazing, cleaned up after himself and double checked before leaving that there was no noticeable residue left on any windows and frames.    We had been having problems with our previous contractor so decided to cut ties and try a different firm. Art Cleaning have been a god send and for the last two years we have seen cleaning standards improve dramatically. The team are friendly and polite and any issues that have arisen were resolved quickly and professionally. Great service, value for money and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

   I contacted art cleaning for an after build clean. Was quoted a price of 350 for a 4 bed property. On the day, when it came to checking the work I found numerous things that had been missed by the ladies so they were more than happy to go over them. However as I spotted more things that needed going over I felt uncomfortable to keep mentioning it as I could tell they clearly wanted to go. When I questioned why my kitchen cupboards had not been done they said they were only advised to do a sparkle clean which did not consist of doing inside cupboards but would do it as a favour. I insisted I had ordered an after build clean and not a sparkle clean but they did not seem concerned by that. One of the ladies then started to pack up the car so it got to the point I felt uncomfortable and just wanted them gone. Since then I have found numerous cupboards and spots in the house that have been completely missed. I have been given an apology by Art cleaning but feel very disappointed and ripped off. The cleaning where it had been done in certain places has been done well but others not so much.

   Thanks to Simon, Marc, Darren and their fantastic team. We had a large warehouse with offices that we were vacating at the end of a 10 year lease. Art took on the whole job, including the whole warehouse interior, cladding, yard cleaning, office cleaning and finishing touches. The service was second to none . Their flexibility and responsiveness was greatly appreciated.
