   I've used dear Leah for a little time now & to say she's awesome is simply not enough! I'm very fussy, especially with my washing, but I cannot praise her highly enough.    Nice woman. Gave 3 items for cleaning. Did good job on 2 of them (Burberry shirt) managed to get majority of marks out and Casablanca quilted Jacket (came back fine) but reason for 2 stars would be because the most expensive item (Tom Ford Blazer) was heavily damaged upon return. Black faded/washed out and material has a lot of strange stretches/pulls on which wasn’t previously there along with a lot of white marks present. Had to throw item away due to it no longer looking the same as it did prior to the dry clean and though this wasn’t Leah directly it was whoever she used , it was still her responsibility (returned blazer to Leah upon receiving it as there were alot of white marks on it so she took it to someone else, then the second person used though the marks were less visible after the quality of the blazer is heavily damaged. Not sure if they used the wrong setting or what but this was money down the drain as it was a £1,000 blazer which ended up looking like something from a cheap market stall. So for that reason I wouldn’t use laundry buster again but Leah as a individual was very welcoming and friends but the damage of the item was unacceptable as it was very expensive.

   Needed some bed linen washed urgently. Laundry Buster were amazing, just what I needed, speedy, professional and according to my son who delivered the bedlinen to them, "really lovely"! I shan't hesitate to use them again and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

   Leah is awesome - easy to book, great communication, ironing all perfect and ready to hang. Have used Leah a few times now and never had any issues. Ironed something for myself this week because I hadn’t been organised enough, and realised how much I appreciate not having to do it normally! Highly reccomend.
