Great service BUT they are not at all not clear about their costings and prices. You do not get a break down of the final bill and I've experienced some wild variations in my costs for the same bundle.
Excellent experience,great staff and half price offer for dry cleaning curtains. Visited harpers 10.00am on Saturday served by lovely staff. Curtains delivered back to us on Monday morning free of charge as we spent over £35.00. Great service,curtains cleaned beautifully, lovely friendly staff plus half price cleaning offer and delivery of curtains back to us. Highly recommended .
We dropped my husbands suit trousers in with short notice and were told they would be ready the next morning which we were pleased with. However, the same afternoon we received a text to say they were ready and we were incredibly pleased. Everyone that worked there had smiles on their faces.
After having two pairs of trousers beautiful altered and completed early, we decided to take advantage of the 50% off curtain cleaning. The sympathetic staff gave excellent advice regarding the sun damaged lining which, after dry cleaning needed replacing. Harpers made a great job of replacing the lining of both large curtains, one of which was completed in four hours. Great service, friendly staff and competitive prices. Thanks.

Very polite, helpful and professional staff. A small step at entrance manual push/pull doors. Parking available outside but usually fills quickly, alternate parking on side road. Very competitive prices and very quick turnaround (depending on availability and service) Will continue to use and thoroughly recommend.
